This self catered well furnished apartment, situated in the heart of St Jean'd Aulps a charming mountain
village in the vallee d'Aulps with shops, restaurants and a bar all within walking distance. We
are 7klms from the town of Morzine which offers a rich variety of après ski. We are in the enviable
position of having our own ski lift in the village which is part of the Porte du soleil. The Grand
Terche boasts the longest piste 7klms. A short drive to the Ardent telecabine 15mins gives you access
to the 650 klms of linked ski able domaine which forms the rest of the Porte du Soleil suitable for all levels of skiing.
Our personal policy is to be able to help our clients by being on site and offering our courtesy transport to the ardent telecabine and airport transfers for those not wishing to drive in the winter. There is parking facilities for the independent traveller. We provide all bed linen but not towels, they can be hired 10€ a set. In summer you can enjoy a myriad of sporting facilities as the mountains become alive with walkers, and cyclists from VTT to cross country or road. There are opportunities to go horse riding, play tennis, climb, fish, sail, wakeboarding, white water rafting or paraglide. Alternatively you may prefer taking in the charms of the haute savoie relaxing with good food and wine in the many restaurants. We do recommend a car for getting around in the summer as there are so many places of beauty and interest to see. |

| All other weeks at £700 Prices are for self catering and include electricity, water, all local taxes, linen and towels. Rentals run from Saturday at 4pm until the following Saturday at 10am. 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance is payable 6 weeks before your holiday. We also require a £300 refundable damage deposit, this will be returned to you on your departure. We give you the option of cleaning the chalet yourself at the end of your stay, should you decide not to, £50 will be charged to your final invoice. All monies can be paid in pounds sterling into our English bank account, details of which you will receive with your booking form and our terms and conditions.
