Less than 90 minutes drive from Geneva, within easy reach of Chamonix, Annecy, Evian and
the beautiful medieval town of Yvoire, this chalet provides the perfect base for
exploring the Haute Savoie region.
The chalet is a ten minute walk from Grande Terche ski station which has runs from 900
metres to 2240 metres.
The village of St Jean D’Aulps is located 1km from Grande Terche and a bus service
is available. St Jean has excellent amenities including a grocery store, ski shops,
restaurants and bars. Bar National is English owned and is popular with tourists and locals.
A ten minute drive away is the picturesque ski resort of Morzine with extensive ski
facilities and a wide selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
The area is ideal for family holidays with summer and winter activities to suit all
age groups. Excellent ski schools and childcare can be recommended.

On the lower level is a bunk room. There is also a 12m2 mezzanine level with one
double bed, a single bed and a fold-out camp bed.

The main living area has a wood burning fire, bed settee and dining table
for six. TV, DVD player and CD player are also included.

The kitchen is incorporated in the main living space and has a fridge,
gas hob and electric oven. It is very well equipped with everything
required for preparing meals to dine at home.

The chalet is fully insulated, double glazed and has electric heating.

The front of the chalet has a built-in deck with picnic table and chairs. The
lower level has a patio with a barbecue. There is also a cellar for storage
of ski equipment. At certain times of the year guests can also enjoy
the natural spring water from a spring in the garden. The location is very
private with the advantage of beautiful views across the adjacent meadow where
deer and other wildlife can sometimes be spotted.
