This is a high quality, charming, good-sized, privately owned ground floor apartment situated in a very quiet area of La Isla.   It has 2 bedrooms and 2 ensuite bathrooms.   There is a private underground car park allocated to this apt.   And there is off street car parking - both very accessible to the apartment.   There are a few steps to the main door of the apartment.

The main living room is bright and quite spacious and has a dining area, which is partly mirrored.   The room is tastefully decorated with good quality furniture, furnishings and fittings.   There is a TV.   Video and music centre.

The living room has double glazed, sliding glass doors leading out to quite a pretty quite large private terrace which has attractive Moorish style lattice surrounding.   The terrace has 2 sunloungers and an outdoor dining table and chairs (seats 6).   It is elevated with 4/5 steps down to the landscaped garden with little fountains, pools, little bridges and walks.

The two nicely decorated bedrooms - 1 twin and 1 double - have full ensuite marble bathrooms and ample built-in wardrobe space.   Both bedrooms have their own separate, small, private terraces also with the attractive latticework.

All the terrace views are of different aspects of the lovely garden and there is a super view of La Concha, the impressive mountain that dominates the Marbella landscape, from the master bedroom.
