The living area is spacious and well furnished, octagol dining table for 6, marble floors, West orientated, and a large sliding windows leading to the terrace.   The master bedroom, very large and spacious, has a double size bed, various cupboards and satellite T.V. with an en-suite bathroom.   The second bedroom has two single beds and the bathroom with bath-shower is just right next to the bedroom door. The terrace is west orientated (afternoon sun), and it has a lovely view to the promenade.   There is an octagonal table and chairs.   The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric toaster, kettle, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, etc.   There is a small laundry area with a washing machine and a tumble dryer and an extra cupboard.   The apartment also has satellite T.V., DVD, central air-conditioning and heating and one underground parking space.

Prices are per property, include taxes, electricity, arrival and departure cleaning and laundry, plus a light cleaning with change or linen at the end of the first week when booked for two weeks. Additional maid service may be arranged at 10 euros per hour. A deposit of 25% per week is required to secure any booking. Car hire, taxi's to and from the airport can be arranged by us if you require.
Playas del Duque complex is located very near the famous sports harbour Puerto Banus, 100 metres to the beach where you will find plenty of sports facilities and beach restaurants. The complex is surrounded by mature gardens with direct access to the street leading to the beach and it has two swimming pools.   The apartments are all South facing (sun all day) and there is for each apartment an underground parking space.   Also, for your convenience, there is a 24 hours reception desk. Within two minutes walking distance, there is the sports harbour where one can find all kinds of boutiques, shops and restaurants. Doctors and chemist as well.   There are a couple of supermarkets, a taxi rank, bus stop, and the famous El Corte Ingles.   To mention the luxurious Playas del Duque Fitness Centre and within a few minutes driving, tennis, golf, gym, commercial centre. Playas del Duque provides extra security in the High season periods like Easter and summer holidays.
