Villa Nel Rosa can be rented with a neighbouring "sister" Villa (similar specification) to cater for parties of up to 12 people.
The area around Porec with its attractive hill top villages has been likened to Tuscany and is renowned for its excellent food and wine. Many cultural events are organized throughout the year: classical concerts in the St. Euphrasius' Basilica, jazz evenings in the Museum of Porec and folk festivals in nearby Tar and Funtana. Local sights include Porec (beaches, market, marina, Euphrasius Basilica), Vrsar (beaches, marina), Lim Fjord and the attractive coastal town of Rovinj. The pretty hill top villages of Groznjan and Motovun are a short drive away as is Pula with it’s Roman Amphitheatre.

Beautiful beaches are located in small coves along the coast within a 10 to 15 minute drive.
Most beaches are shingle or rocky with swimming platforms that extend out into the sea.
Southward along the forested coastline are the resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna.
The nearby resorts of Zelena Laguna and Plava Laguna offer tennis courts, jogging trails, horse-back riding, mini-golf, sports gyms, water-skiing, yachting and diving. A cycle route links the Villa with Porec and the coast. The well-marked bike paths make cycling an excellent way to experience the gently rolling countryside. |
