Apartment B has the luxury of air conditioning in the lounge and the main bedroom. The lounge is of good size with two comfortable sofas, T.V. with some English channels, and large patio doors opening onto a pleasant patio which has table and chairs. From here there are views to the sea and the communal swimming pool. At one end of this room there is a dining area with table and chairs, near to the kitchen. The compact kitchen is tiled with fresh looking white and blue tiles. It is well equipped with everything you would need. There is a gas hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and washing machine. The first bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside tables with lights and an ensuite shower room with shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c. The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside table with light and fitted wardrobes. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and w.c. The air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom is an added bonus for the hot summer months and can be yours for an additional cost of only £20 per week. Outside there is a large communal pool surrounded by gardens and there are pleasant walkways between the apartments. A few minutes walk will take you to the town centre and the Balcon de Europa. There is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Access to the beach is only a short stroll away. There is on road parking outside the development. |
