The apartment is located on the second floor of "Casa" 10, right in the middle of the complex with approximately 180 m2, it comprises three large bedrooms, three bathrooms, living-dining area, kitchen, spacious entrance hall and three terraces.

The lounge is South orientated, with marble floors with direct access to a magnificent "L" shape terrace with superb views to the sea and also garden. Sun most of the day (south-east). The main bedroom, very spacious, double bed with bathroom en-suite and a terrace with morning sun, again excellent Sea and garden views.

The second bedroom, with twin beds, also bathroom en-suite has a sliding window leading to one of the "L" shape terraces which one may also access from the dining area. Sea and garden views too. This terrace is also with sun most of the day (south-west). The third bedroom is furnished with twin beds, full bathroom en-suite and a window west orientated.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine orange squeezer, microwave, crockery and cutlery, etc. There is a washing machine in a little room on hall to the bedrooms.

The apartment also has satellite television, central heating and two sun loungers.
