This newly acquired and re-furbished family end town house is situated just 15 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach and Nerja town centre.   With easy access, nearby parking and a local bus every 30 mins into the town centre, it is an ideal choice for families.

Nerja is a delightful and unspoiled seaside town some 35 miles east of Malaga on the Costa Del Sol - the sunshine coast of Spain - which enjoys the best all year round weather in Europe.   It is just 40 mins motorway drive from Malaga airport and one hour from Granada and lies between small coves, untouched by development, and breath-taking mountain scenery.   Car hire (not essential) or airport pick ups can be arranged.   Restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.   Lovers of the open air can enjoy the wonderful countryside, or activities such as Swimming, Golf, Fishing, Horse Riding, Tennis, Walking, Cycling and Water sports, including diving.   During winter months, skiing is only 1 ¾ hr drive away.   Nearby Burriana Beach is one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol, as noted by ITV 'Get Away'.

Walk through a locking wrought iron gate into a tiled patio with patio furniture which takes you to the front entrance door.   The hallway leads to a good size lounge and dining area with good quality furnishings.   There is a fully fitted air conditioning unit which also provides heating with additional heating available for the colder months.   For the summer months there are also ceiling fans.   The T.V. receives satellite TV with English channels.   There is a CD/cassette player and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is newly re-furbished and fully equipped.   It is fitted with delightful light wood units, a 4 ring ceramic hob and oven, fridge and modern sink with granite work surfaces.   There is a washing machine, microwave, electric toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board.   From here there is another door which leads onto a rear patio which is a real sun trap.   A small room off the patio houses a further fridge/freezer. Tables, chairs, sun-loungers, parasol and BBQ are provided.   The downstairs toilet has a wash hand basin and w.c.   The stairs in the hallway lead to one double and two twin bedrooms and the main bathroom.   One bedroom has a door leading out onto a balcony area.   Bedroom three has a single bed with a further single bed available.   The bathroom is of good size having a bath with shower over, bidet, wash hand basin and w.c.

Towels and bed linen are provided weekly.   A welcome pack and a cot and high chair are available (extra charge).

Key access is provided to the nearby private and well kept communal swimming pool.   There is also a shallow pool for children and a sauna.

The English run Genesis bar and restaurant is next to the pool and the local mini market is a few minutes walk away.

Notes to the rental rates All prices are per week.   A deposit of 25% (£100 minimum) is required to secure any booking.   The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to departure.

Bookings are Saturday to Saturday.   Sorry, no pets permitted.   Prices quoted are per week for up to 6 people sharing. Winter Discounts:   Nerja is an ideal location for long winter breaks.   A 15% discount is offered during period Nov to March for bookings of 3 weeks or more.   This offer does not include Christmas and New Year weeks.
