views across wooded area, down to the coast. If however, you need to retreat

The kitchen is open planned looking into the lounge/dinning area & is fully
equipped. Also on this level is a good size twin bedroom and bathroom. Stairs
from the lounge take you up to the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and patio
doors which lead to 2nd balcony area - along with sun terrace - once again
enjoying further views leading to the coast. The sun terrace is equipped with
further table & chairs, parasol & sunloungers. There is a good sized communal
pool available for guest´s use and is just a few mins. walk from the apartment.
All windows are double glazed with security window and door grills/gates etc as well as an alarm & safe. Ceiling fans fitted throughout and heaters available. Just 10 mins south of bustling Torrevieja, situated at Playa Flamenca, just a short distance from the
local Saturday market. Access to a new road is underway which would enable Villamartin Plaza to
be reached within 5 mins. in the car.
Within walking distance: within 5 mins: - This new complex area has shop/bar facilities which we would expect to be "snapped up" and utilized rapidly prior to summer 2005 - Saturday market (one of the best locally!) approx 15 mins: Irish bar & Chinese restaurant approx 25-45 mins. 2 commerical centres with bars & restaurants - supermarket, bar & restaurant, shops, banks, dry cleaner, hairdressers, gym, beach, bus stop / coach pick-up points Golf: The property is only 10 mins. drive from Villamartin, Las Ramblas & Campoamor golf courses as well as the new courses at La Finca and Quesda approx. 20 mins. drive. With last but not least "La Manga" approx. 45min. drive Beach: Nearest is Playa Flamenca - this is a wonderful, double sandy bay which is extremely popular with families. There is also a couple more bays before you reach La Zenia - which again is very popular and includes some water sports.
