dishwasher, microwave and fridge. It is very pleasantly decorated with white and patterned
tiles giving an overall clean and fresh finish.
The lounge is of very good size with comfortable furniture, music system and T.V. receiving
many English channels. The double French windows open onto a balcony with patio table and
chairs. There are views to the sea on one side, and the mountains the other.
The dining area has a dining table and chairs.
There are two bedrooms, the first having a very large double bed and fitted wardrobes with
both hanging space and drawers. The ensuite shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand
basin and w.c. There is also a washing machine and tumble drier in this room.
The second bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes with both hanging space and drawers. The
second shower room has a shower, wash hand basin and w.c.
Outside there is a very pleasant communal pool and the gardens and grounds are well kept. Although
the sea and town are only a couple of minutes walk away, Las Fuentes is in a lovely quiet
position with no traffic at all. A car is not necessary because everything is on your doorstep.
