Penthouse apartment entrance at road level with the development built down side of the cliff. Overlooking lake and beach with wonderful views of mountains. Spiral staircase to roof terrace with sun beds. Breakfast terrace with seating for six people, built in BBQ.. Sun awning.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, one double en-suite & two twin bedrooms each with double wardrobes and ceiling fans. There is a large lounge/dinning room with doors to terrace. Seating for six people. From the dining area there is an open archway to the kitchen which is fully fitted with granite working surfaces, including electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and Iron.

Capistrano Playa is a complex of about 120 self contained houses and apartments designed to give the appearance of an old Andalucian village It is built on each side of a valley which extends down to Burriana Beach. There is a communal swimming pool for the use of residents and a bar and restaurant on the site about 100 m away.

The beach is only 5 min walk away and is reached using a lift to lake level then through ornamental archways, around a lake, then via a series of steps which pass waterfalls, a tropical garden and an ornamental lake.

There are reasonably priced restaurants and cafes and bars situated on the beach

The centre of Nerja is a 15 min walk by the shore or there is a 30 min bus service from the reception area of Capistrano Playa.
