For guarantee 40% of the total amount has to be transferred to our bank account within 7 days after reservation. The balance becomes due upon arrival.

Extra costs:
Security deposit will be € 200.00 upon arrival and will be returned to you if everything is in the same conditions as when you arrived. Cleaning costs per reservation is € 50.00 (one-time fee).
Cancellation:
In case of "no show" or cancellation you will not be paid back your deposit of 40%.
Check in/out:
Check in on the day of arrival: after 16.00 hours
Check out on the day of departure: before 12.00 hours
Lodging conditions
In case of "no show", I will not be paid back my deposit payment of 40%.
In case of damage in the apartment, the corresponding amount of repair, and/or replacement will be withdrawn from the deposit. The full amount of the rental, cleaning cost and security deposit has to paid in CASH and not by credit card or cheque, on the day of arrival. The owner of the apartment does not take responsibility in case of accidents or theft. Please apply for appropriate holiday insurance.
