This apartment is located on the third floor of Casa 4 (block 4) which is the oldest part of the complex. There are approximately 150m2 which comprises three bedrooms with three bathrooms all en-suite, living-dining area, kitchen and a small entrance hall. There are three terraces .

The lounge is South orientated, with white marble floors, has a light rather simple decoration with T.V. satellite, a ceiling fan and access to the flat's main terrace, again south orientated with sun most of the day, sea and garden views.

The master bedroom, normal size, has two single beds put together, ceiling fan, bathroom en-suite and also a terrace with all day sun, sea and garden views. The second bedroom, with single beds has a bathroom en-suite and access to the lounge terrace. The third bedroom located very near the entrance of the apartment, has two single beds, bathroom en-suite and a terrace west orientated with sun all afternoon, sea and garden views.

The kitchen next to the lounge is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Electric glass cooker, oven and fridge-freezer.
