This is an exceptional two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with the most magnificient panoramic views imaginable taking in the mountains, the whole town of Nerja, the beach and the sea.   Not only does it boast these qualities, it also has it's own private roof top pool as well as use of the communal pool and sauna.

The soft furnishings are of a high standard and the furniture, fixtures and fittings of good quality all making this an excellent choice for your luxury holiday.   There are a number of steps to gain access to the apartment but once inside, all of the living accomodation is on one level.

Enter through the front door into a good size vestibule from which all of the rooms lead.   The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower over, wash hand basin, w.c and washing machine.   One of the bedrooms has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lamps and the window looks out onto the terrace.   The other bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The seperate kitchen is well fitted with modern units and has a full oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher.   Walk into the huge L shaped lounge and you will be amazed by how light and airy the whole place feels.   First there is a delightful seating area and a T.V. which receives several English Channels.   Then there is a dining area with dining table and chairs.   In the main part of the sitting area there is plenty of comfortable seating and a full length triangular shaped window giving fantastic views of Nerja.   In the window recess there is a beautiful electric piano to add to the luxury feeling that the room exudes.

The first of the terraces is off the lounge, through a full length French window.   It is very large and has patio tables and chairs and sun loungers.   From here the views are truely magnificient.   Take in the mountains which appear to be in 3D, the whole of Nerja town, the beach at Nerja Marinas and the shimmering sea.   Absolutely breathtaking!   Also from the lounge there is an open staircase leading to the roof top terrace and the private pool.   This terrace is an excellent size and has sun loungers.   It is completely private and not over looked giving you the chance to get that all over tan!!   The apartment is not suitable for children as one of the terraces has rather low walls, but it is absolutely perfect for adults wanting a holiday with luxury without the expense.
