is good size three bedroom two bathroom detached villa with its own private pool situated
in a quiet location which is about 20 minutes walk town and about 10 minutes to the beach.
There is a private off road parking space at the front of the villa. The large lounge is
very light and airy with comfortable good quality furniture. The feature fireplace has
a log effect electric fire and the T.V. receives satellite via cable, giving many English
channels. There are two balconies leading from the lounge through full length French
windows, overlooking the pool area. Another window gives a good view of the sea. Walk up 2 steps
to the dining area which has dining table and chairs and another full length French window
leading to another balcony with patio table and chairs.
From the dining area there is a feature brick archway and units forming a breakfast bar.
The kitchen is fully fitted with solid wood units. There is a fridge/freezer, washing
machine, microwave, double sink, electric oven and hob.
Take the curved flight of stairs down to the three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed,
bedside tables and lamps, fitted robes and double French doors to a balcony which leads to
the pool. The en suite shower room has a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and w.c.
Bedroom two has twin beds, fitted robes and drawers and also has full length French doors to
the balcony which leads to the pool. Bedroom three has a very comfortable bed sofa which
is just like a double bed when in the bed position, but doubles as a sofa when folded.
It is unlike conventional bed sofas which can be uncomfortable. There are also fitted robes
and full length French doors to a balcony which leads to the pool.
The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and w.c.
Curved steps go down to the pool which is a good size (approx 8 x 3 mtrs) and is solar heated.
There is a sink and a water supply and views to the sea on one side and the mountains on the other.
From the lounge there is a curved wrought iron spiral staircase taking you to a roof terrace
where you will find sun loungers and reclining chairs.
