A two bedroom pueblo villa with its own private splash pool and superb views of the sea over beautifully kept gardens.

Built approximately ten years ago, this pueblo style villa is situated just 2 miles outside of Nerjas main town and is within walking distance of the sea and beachside restaurants .

There is a comfortable lounge with a bed settee and a T.V. which receives many English channels. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, full electric oven and hob, fridge, electric toaster and kettle.

The double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with shower, wash hand basin and W.C. The other bedroom has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, wash hand basin and W.C. Outside there is a large patio area with sun loungers and also a covered patio area with table and chairs.

The splash pool (3x4 meters) has steps and is ideal for relaxing in the hot sun. The sea is approximately 5 minutes walk away or if you prefer you can take the car and be there in 2 minutes.
