A lovely south-facing, top floor, one bedroom apartment, which can sleep 4, and is situated
on this small and tranquil development of La Isla. The complex is set in its own tropical
gardens with lawns around the lagoon style swimming pool, surrounding a garden island approached
by attractive bridges. The garden is filled with palm trees and flowering shrubs and is ideal for
sunbathing. Access to the gardens is restricted to residents. There is undercover shade
parking opposite the front entrance door.
For security, access to the apartment block is by
entryphone system. The La Isla complex is located very close to the shopping area, tourist
office and banks with just a level, 5 minute stroll to the blue Mediterranean sea. The
Arenal beach is a lovely, safe, Blue Flag sandy bay beach fringed with palm trees and a promenade
with a wonderful choice of restaurants and bars and a very lively, fun nightlife for all ages.
The apartment overlooks the gardens and pool, is modern, comfortably furnished and well-equipped.
