This fabulous family villa is situated just 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Burriana Beach and 15 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja.

The property boasts three twin bedrooms with patio doors leading out onto private garden and patio area.   It has two bathrooms, one with shower, bidet, WC and handbasin, the other with WC and handbasin.   A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc.   Garden and sun terraces are furnished with tables, chairs, sun-loungers, parasols and BBQ.

The lounge area opens onto sun terrace overlooking private garden and communal pool (shared by 10 villas).   Dining area opens onto sun terrace looking down towards Burriana Beach.

Towels, bed linen and a cleaning service are provided weekly.   Cot and high chair available upon request.   Heating available during winter months.

Nerja is only 50 kms from Malaga and within one hour from Granada and lies between small coves untouched by development and breath-taking mountain scenery.   With its exceptionally good weather all year round, Nerja offers everything the holiday-maker could wish for.   The property is only 40 minutes drive from Malaga Airport.   Airport pick ups can be arranged.   Car hire not essential.   Restaurants and bars are within easy walking distance.   Torecilla beach is just a short stroll.   Lovers of the open air can enjoy the wonderful countryside, or activities such as fishing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horse riding and parascending are available and not forgetting Anoreta golf course, which is twenty minutes drive.
