Verano Azul 89 This is a very agreeable 2 bedroom apartment ideally situated being just 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and the beach. Walk in through the front door and you will notice the floor is tiled in marble throughout. The lounge is bright and airy and has an open plan kitchen to one end, with a breakfast bar. The newly fitted shaker style kitchen is a pleasant cream colour having an integrated fridge with small freezer compartment, electric oven with halogen hob, and a microwave. The breakfast bar is complemented by bar stools. In the lounge area there are two comfortable sofas and a T.V. receiving some English channels. This also has a built in DVD so you can bring your own discs to watch or listen. From the lounge there are double patio doors leading to a good size terrace with patio furniture and a BBQ. There are two bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. Both have good size fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with bath and shower over, bidet, w.c. and wash hand basin. There is a small cupboard next to the bathroom which houses a washing machine. The whole apartment is air conditioned/heated throughout, depending on the time of year. Air conditioning is available at a small extra cost per week. There is a superb large roof top terrace which is decked with astro turf, having many sun loungers and a swimming pool. There is also a shower and w.c. next to the pool. From this terrace there are wonderful views to the sea, mountains and over Nerja. It is shared by only 19 apartments. Also on the urbanisation there are another two pools and a baby pool, both of good size with communal gardens and a café which has a pool table for your enjoyment. |
