This lovely villa has the advantage of being in a quiet location, yet
it is close to all the action. Set in an exclusive, green and leafy
area of Jávea in 1,200 sq.m. of enclosed grounds and gardens, this spacious
and superbly furnished home has many features that make it a very special place
to stay. On the main level an attractive living room leads to the pool terrace;
from inside the lounge and from the terraces there are fine, open views of the
sea, Cabo San Antonio and Mount Montgó. The open-plan kitchen to one end is light,
airy, and very well fitted out and equipped. On the same level are an imposing
entrance hall, three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room. The second shower room
is on the first floor along with a roof terrace that provides a peaceful retreat
and is a real sun trap! The furnishings and bed linen have been carefully chosen
and coordinated to create a calm, harmonious and elegant environment.
All major supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are within very easy reach, between
a five and ten minutes drive away. The historic old town, full of charm and interest,
is only a fifteen- minute drive from the house. There are 3 restaurants within walking
distance of the villa.
