The house, which sleeps 7, is situated in a quiet street of the small village of Banyuls dels Aspres.   This village is reputed to be the sunniest village in the Rousillon, itself the sunniest part of France and it's just an easy 11 miles drive from the sea.

The property has been recently modernised and refurbished and is now all electric.   The house consists of four floors.

Ground Floor:   Living room incorporating kitchen area which has a serving bar separating the two areas.   The kitchen is well equipped and includes a microwave oven and dishwasher.

First Floor:   Single bedroom and bedroom with two single beds. shower room with washbasin and w.c., ( An automatic washing machine is situated in the shower room).   Further separate w.c.

Second Floor:   One double bedroom which includes a washbasin and shower unit. A further large bedroom has two single beds.

Third Floor:   Large roof terrace including glass sun lounge.   It is equipped with a refrigerator and small oven/grill.   The outside area includes a barbecue with table and seating.   The area is enclosed with child safe railings.   From here there are magnificent views over the village towards the coastline and Alberes hills, the eastern range of the Pyrenees.
