| Andalucia del Mar is located very conveniently on the beach side, some
300 metres West of the famous sports harbour Puerto Banus, 50 metres
to the beach where you will find plenty of sports facilities and beach
restaurants. |

The complex is surrounded by mature gardens with direct access to the
beach and it has two swimming pools. The apartments are located in
several houses or "Casa", each apartment has an allocated
underground parking space. There are further parking facilities
at the entrance of the complex where the 24 hour guard is located.

Within two minutes walking distance, there is the sports harbour where
one can find all kinds of boutiques, shops, restaurants and night life.
Doctors and chemist as well. There are a couple of supermarkets, a taxi
rank and bus stop. The biggest Corte Ingles department store, the luxurious
Playas del Duque fitness Club, Marina Banus, all within walking distance.
Also, tennis facilities within 5 minute driving distance, various golf courses,
different kind of restaurants and Marbella town centre (approx 7 kms.). |
